Account Executive for InoTime – New York

 

Essential Functions

  • Sell and promote InoTime and its services throughout a specified region
  • Analyze customers’ needs, present solutions through the use of InoTime, and close accounts
  • Develop and deliver service presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner
  • Coordinate resolution of customer complaints with products and/or services
  • Participate in industry related events to promote InoTime service awareness
  • Maintain up to date understanding of industry trends and technical developments
  • Maintain competitive awareness and develop techniques to promote the InoTime services above competitors
  • Develop strong sales and service relationship with the local wholesale distribution representatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the wholesale lab industry
  • Knowledge of the optical industry
  • Proven sales experience in the wholesale lab and/or optical industry
  • Familiarity with standard sales techniques
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated
  • ABO certification or the ability to obtain ABO certification is preferred
  • Optical industry experience is required

 

Physical Demands

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to walk several miles in a day
